Controller

Position Overview:

The Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities for the company. This will include developing and implementing financial strategies, monitoring cash flow, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with company and legal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate financial planning and budget management procedures
• Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
• Develop and recommend strategies to maximize return on investments and improve financial performance
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements
• Manage the preparation of the annual budget
• Foster relationships with banking and other financial institutions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Project Accounting background/experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
